Must I register to do business with Alor Logistics?

Yes. All clients have to register with us and agree to all our TERMS & CONDITIONS of service before utilizing any of our service.

How long does it take to complete a transaction?

It depends on type and volume you want us to procure. Some transactions can be completed in less than 10 days while some may take weeks to complete. If we already have an account with the company you are interested in their products, it’s much easier and quicker, but if we have to open a new account with the company, it may take a little longer.

How do I place my order?

Point on the Resources page and click on forms, print and fill the order form entirely, then email   it back to us to begin the process of serving you.

Must I pay in full before you procure for me?

Yes, payment must be made in full before we order anything on your behalf. Once we issue you a pro forma invoice, we expect you to make a full payment unless we have other payment arrangement with you.

Can I pay in other Currencies?

Currently, we only accept payments in US Dollars and Nigeria Naira. All our bills will be domiciled in USD but Nigeria customers can pay the dollar equivalent in Naira at our agreed rate and date.

How do you ship my products to me?

We utilize Donem Cargo service to ship all products we procure on behalf of our clients, however, clients can also provide us with freight forwarder of their choice if they have any. All products will either be delivered door to door or be picked up at Alor Logistics Lagos Nigeria office.
